Each ScreenLogic pool has its own login. Enter the system name, password and a name for the pool, then click Connect — we’ll suggest the property it’s at.

Connect your Stripe account.
Your account is set up. Guests pay for pool and spa heating by card in the guest app, and the money goes straight into your Stripe account.
No Stripe yet? Skip this for now and connect it any time in PoolPilot under Financials → Stripe. Until you do, guests can’t buy heating.
Send guests their pool link.
Each guest gets a link to their own PoolPilot page, where they can buy pool and spa heating and control the pool during their stay. Add it to your guest messages once and it goes out with every booking.
